Mr. Jeremiah Montez, our Superintendent/Principal, has accepted a new position outside of education and will be leaving our school. We will miss him, especially since he has been with us since the very beginning as a founding member of our staff.
We have identified our new HFA: Alameda School leader – and she may be very familiar to many of you!
Ms. Jessica Sanchez is excited to return to our school. She was also a founding member of our school community and preceded Mr. Montez as our Superintendent/Principal. To ensure a smooth transition of school educational programming and operations, Ms. Sanchez began working closely with Mr. Montez on Oct. 2 and will continue to do so until his departure on October 9.
This dynamic duo has picked their professional working relationship back up with ease and they share a laser-like focus on making sure that our students, their teachers and families are well-supported in this leadership change.
